How do purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase:

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your delivery address on the “Delivery Address” page and click “continue” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your delivery methods and payment method.
  6. Next you'll need to agree on the terms and condition then click “continue” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your shipping details and quantity of products you wish to purchase.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

如何在网站上订购商品?

订购商品的步骤如下:

  1. 点击您要购买的商品上的“加入购物车”按钮。
  2. 点击“继续购物”以便能将其他商品添加到购物车中,或点击“结帐”为商品付款。

I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Forgot Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit. A new password will send to your e-mail address.

 

如果我忘记了帐户密码,我应该如何找回密码?

  1. 点击“忘记密码?”,然后在框中填写注册帐户时使用的电子邮件。
  2. 点击提交。新密码将发送到您的电子邮件。

 

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “My Addresses” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.

*Please note that your shipping address of order can't be change after order confirmed, you need to contact our customer service via WhatsApp to 012-8789128 to change your shipping address.

 

如何更改我的账户个人信息和货运地址?

登录您的帐户→点击“我的地址”→在此处编辑您的帐户信息和货运地址。

What are the payment methods available?

Curlec and Kiple will be our payment gateway that accepts payment via Credit Card, Financial Process Exchange (FPX) and E-Wallet.

 

有哪些付款方式?

我们的付款网关是Curlec和Kiple,它们接受通过信用卡、电子转账(FPX)和电子钱包付款。

 

Can I cancel or make any changes the order that have been made?

No changes, refunds or cancellations are allowed after the payment has been made.

May I place my order through the phone or email?

At the moment, we only accept online orders.

May I self pick-up the online order at Loong Kee Dried Meat retail outlets?

At the moment, self pick-up are not available. All online orders will be delivered to the address you have entered at checkout.

I received my order with missing and/or incorrect items. What can I do?

If by any unfortunate circumstance, your order arrived spoilt/incorrect, take video/photos of the product received and WhatsApp it to 012-8789128. We would gladly resend you the new/correct order as soon as possible.

 

如果我收到的订单中缺少和/或有错误的商品,我该怎么办?

如果在任何不幸的情况下,您所订购的商品到货时已变质/已损坏/不正确,请拍摄收到的商品的视频/照片并将其通过WhatsApp发送至012-8789128。我们很乐意尽快向您重新发送新的/正确的商品。

 

Delivery (货运)

Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we provide delivery within West Malaysia only by courier using eDHL or Citylink.

We using Lalamove for on demand delivery and deliver within Klang Valley area (KL & Selangor).

 

你们可以送货到哪里?

目前,我们仅通过eDHL或Citylink的快递服务在西马境内提供货运服务。

我们在巴生谷地区(吉隆坡和雪兰莪)则使用Lalamove提供按需货运服务。

 

How long does the delivery usually takes?

Normal Shipping via eDHL or Citylink usually will takes about 3 to 7 working days excluded Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Lalamove will deliver on the next delivery day.

 

货运通常需要多长时间?

通过eDHL或Citylink的货运通常需要3至7个工作日(不包括周六,周日和公共假期)。Lalamove则将在隔日送货。

 

Can I deliver to several addresses in my order?

No. We only able to deliver to one delivery address per transaction or order.

 

我可以将订单中的商品运至多个地址吗?

不可以,每笔交易或订单目前只能配送到一个货运地址。

 

 How do I check my tracking number?

You will receive the tracking number by email (If no, please refer to your Junk Mail) after we shipped your order.
